Here is a reminder of the timings of the day:
Registration – from 9am
Introduction, welcome, housekeeping – 9.30am – 9.50am
Panel 1 – 10am – 11.40am
Lunch – 11.40am – 12.40pm
Panel 2 – 12.40pm – 2.20pm
Break – 2.20pm – 2.40pm
Panel 3 – 2.40pm – 4.20pm
All group discussion – 4.30pm – 5pm
Finish – 5pm
Dinner – 6pm
We’ve decided to extend the time available each paper to twenty minutes. This will be followed by twenty minutes of discussion at the end of each panel, as well as a thirty-minute roundtable at the end of the day to bring the event together.
Robert and Elliot will be in the pub “Kro Bar” from around 6pm on the 29th and you would be very welcome to meet us before the event. It has a wonderful Danish-themed menu which might not be so impressive to those of you coming from Denmark!
